6. Payment Terms
- All services are billed as per the agreed-upon rates in the service contract.
- Invoices are payable within Same day of receipt.
- Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as specified in the invoice.

Website Designer agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without the client’s prior written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed upon, all intellectual property created by Website Designer during the provision of services shall remain the property of Website Designer until full payment is received.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service contract with immediate effect. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for any work completed up to the termination date.
10. Limitation of Liability
Website Designer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Himachal Pradesh, India.
12. Amendments
Website Designer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing.
